Shirley is a PhD candidate in Social Welfare at The Graduate Center, CUNY. Shirley is an educator and advocate for marginalized communities. She is committed to equitable access for all the families and youth that I partner with. Shirley has a Master of Education and Certificate of Advanced Study in School Counseling from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
